The challenge
IKEA wanted to revamp its website to boost engagement with media and fans, and improve the distribution of its online content.
The method
We integrated a custom media centre into the IKEA website, offering media and fans the latest company insights and news. Features include subscription options and email alerts, an internal area for IKEA staff and a VIP embargo area so selected media get access to content before it goes public.
The outcome
From launch, IKEA recorded Increased global engagement with media, enhanced Internal employee engagement and an uplift in subscriptions to email alerts.
