The challenge

Create a hybrid event around the GR010 HYBRID Le Mans Hypercar launch with teams throughout the world during a global pandemic. Drive media and journalists to watch the live event and ask the panel questions.​

The method

Delivered from Spain, anchored from London and mixed in Brussels, the event was run with executives and drivers being interviewed remotely. Journalists were able to engage through moderated chat boxes and in-stream Zoom call questioning.​

The outcome

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing’s largest press conference. 275 members of the media tuned in to the live broadcast which was the highest turnout they have ever recorded.​
