The challenge

Continental Reinsurance required production, live broadcast, content dissemination and media relations for their annual Pan-African Re/Insurance Journalism Awards and annual CEO Summit.​

The method

When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, we were quick to turn this prestigious ceremony into an immersive virtual event, providing a seamless broadcast from multiple global locations, to a global media and business audience. Our multi-lingual media relations experts actively called African journalists to generate media coverage.​

The outcome

The production was live streamed on thenewsmarket.com homepage and dedicated Continental Reinsurance brand page and our social media team created extensive signposting to maximise viewership of the event.​
